CRS Report
From time to time, we browse recently released Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports* and highlight those with potential interest to our readers. For your convenience, we’ve attempted to categorize the list but note that many documents cross over categories (e.g., many of those in energy and environment, or environment and health).

If you’re unfamiliar with CRS reports, they tend to make excellent resource documents. They are well-researched, empirically-based, non-partisan and, to the extent possible, written in accessible language.

Clicking a title will open a new browser window with a document summary, from which the full report can be downloaded in portable document format (pdf). Dates indicate when the reports were prepared. To browse past listings, enter “CRS Reports” in the search box at right.
